For User
Once the user has created the digital visiting card, he cannot cancel it. The user deletes his account or digital card , his card amount will not be refunded, even if you create a card for the other person. This is only digital or virtual service of our website. We will not provide any hard copy of your visiting card.

For Franchise
Once the customer has created Digital Visiting Card via Franchise Support, he cannot cancel it. Under any circumstances while creating a Franchise, payment once received cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is only digital or virtual service of our website.
